• Accompanied viewings with feedback

• Full tenant interviews to ensure we find a good, reliable tenant

Fully managed package includes:

• Regular inspections with feedback
• Full tenant interviews to ensure we find a good, reliable tenant
• Rent collection and prompt payments into the landlord's account
• Arrear chasing (thankfully not needed regularly!)
• Checking in & out of tenants
• Monthly statements for your records of rent being received

Both packages include arranging the Assured Short hold Tenancy agreement being arranged.  We are able to offer you the option for us to arrange the Energy Performance Certificate, Landlord Gas Safety Certificate and the Electrical Inspection.
